This CLASS LIST exists to let parents of classmates contact each other for the following reason:
1) To ask questions about class assignments
2) To communicate about school-related events
3) To plan gathering dates and birthday parties outside of class
By completing this CLASS LIST form, you are authorizing the parents of your child’s class to contact you for the above PERMITTED USE.
THE CLASS LIST MAY NOT BE USED FOR BUSINESS SOLICITATION OR COMMERCIAL SOLICITATION FOR ANY REASON, NOR CAN IT BE SHARED WITH ANYONE OUTSIDE OF EACH CLASS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
CLASS LIST SIGN UP PERIOD IS FROM 10/14 – 10/29. YOU WILL RECEIVE A CLASS LIST WITH PARENT CONTACT INFORMATION BY THE END OF OCTOBER.
